The Cerebrovascular and Skull Base Surgery Module is intended to provide a comprehensive review of the surgical anatomy of the intra-cranial vessels and that of the base of the skull. It will also provide the surgical principles for the treatment of cerebral vascular malformations, aneurysms, and skull base tumors. It will employ advanced techniques in teaching focusing on understanding principles rather than memorizing facts and terminology. Each lesson will have a pre and post-quiz. Both quizzes are exactly the same! The pre-quiz intends to inform the student of the key learning objectives to attain from the lesson.
